First subscription payment
Refunds are available within 30 days of your first RewritePilot Pro Monthly subscription payment.
Renewals
Renewal payments are generally non-refundable. You can cancel your subscription before the next renewal date to avoid future charges.
How to request a refund
Email support@rewritepilot.app within 30 days of your first purchase. Include:
- Your purchase email
- The email used for your RewritePilot account
- Your receipt, order ID, or subscription ID if available
- A short note about why you are requesting a refund
Access after a refund
If a payment is refunded, disputed, reversed, or cancelled, RewritePilot Pro access may be removed from the associated account.
