By using RewritePilot, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the website, extension, or paid services.
2. What RewritePilot does
RewritePilot provides AI-assisted email reply and rewrite tools. The service is meant to help draft, improve, and rephrase email text. You are responsible for reviewing any generated content before sending it.
3. Accounts
Some features require an account. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in details secure and for activity that happens through your account.
4. Subscriptions and billing
Paid plans, including RewritePilot Pro Monthly, provide access to higher usage limits while the subscription is active. Pricing is shown on the pricing page before purchase. You can cancel your subscription to avoid future renewal charges.
5. Refunds
Refunds are handled according to the RewritePilot Refund Policy. You can read it at rewritepilot.app/refund/.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse RewritePilot, including by:
- Trying to reverse engineer, disrupt, or overload the service
- Using the service for unlawful, harmful, abusive, or deceptive activity
- Attempting to bypass usage limits, account controls, or payment requirements
- Submitting content you do not have the right to use
7. AI-generated content
AI output may be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for a specific situation. You are responsible for checking tone, accuracy, and appropriateness before using or sending generated text.
8. Availability and changes
We may update, pause, or change features as the product improves. We aim to keep RewritePilot reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
9. Limitation of liability
RewritePilot is provided as a productivity tool. To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
